Fulfilment coaching for the music business
I coach music artists who want to stay mentally well while building and sustaining a serious career.
Before I became a coach, I was a full-time professional musician for a long time. I started playing in bands during my GCSEs and I have spent over 20 years writing, touring, releasing music, and navigating the pressure that comes with wanting your work to matter.
I know what it feels like to love music and still feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected from it.
Today, my work focuses on supporting established and committed music artists with their mental health, creative clarity, and nervous system regulation. I help you think clearly, feel steadier in your body, and make decisions without burning yourself out.
If you are outwardly doing well but privately struggling, this work is for you.

You might need support with:
• Managing anxiety, pressure, or low mood alongside releases and touring
• Staying creatively connected when music starts to feel heavy or transactional
• Working with self doubt, comparison, or fear of visibility
• Regulating your nervous system before shows, meetings, or big decisions
• Making clear choices without constant overwhelm
• Reconnecting to motivation without forcing productivity
• Having a grounded, confidential space to talk honestly
• Being held accountable without being pushed or judged
Why work with me?
I have built my own music career from the ground up over more than two decades. I have been in multiple projects, including a four piece band, a folk duo, and my solo project Bryde. I have toured internationally, released nine studio albums and several EPs, and worked across indie labels, self release, management, publishing, and DIY routes.
I have sold out shows at venues including Bush Hall and Union Chapel, played festivals such as Latitude and Green Man, toured Europe and the US, and featured on major Spotify editorial playlists. I have booked my own tours, worked with booking agents, hired musicians, acted as musical director, and run a small label releasing other artists.
Alongside this, I am a certified Somatic Life Coach with professional experience working in mental health within the NHS. My coaching work is grounded in nervous system awareness, embodiment, and practical emotional regulation, not performance or hype.
I understand the specific mental health challenges that come with being a visible creative. The pressure to keep going. The fear of losing momentum. The identity tangle between self worth and output. The loneliness that can exist even inside success.
I do not offer generic mindset coaching. I offer informed, steady support from someone who understands the music industry from the inside and takes mental health seriously.
I have learned what helps artists sustain their work and what quietly destroys them. I help you protect the part of you that makes the music in the first place.
If you want thoughtful, grounded support from someone who understands both the industry and the inner cost of it, I would love to work with you.
Let’s talk.
